1. The Promo LG.com Meet-and Greet Activity (Xboom Audio Event) runs from October 31 to Nov 5, 2026
2. The meet-and-greet event shall be held on November 7, 2026
3. The promotion is open to all Philippine residents aged 18 years old and above
4. To qualify, customer must purchase the following participating LG audio products from LG.com/ph during the promotion period with a minimum net single-receipt pruchase of Php 10,000.
 

5. The qualifying net purchase amount shall exclude the following:

• 5.1. Shipping charges
• 5.2. Installation charges, if separately billed
• 5.3. Cancelled or returned items
  5.4. Refunded transactions
• 5.5. Unauthorized, fraudulent, or disputed transactions

6. Qualified customers must register their purchase through www.lgpromoregistration.ph and submit the following information:

• 6.1 Full Name
• 6.2 Email Address
• 6.3 Home Address
• 6.4 Contact Number
• 6.5 Upload proof of purchase

The deadline for registration and submission of entries is on November 5, 2026 , 11:59pm. Only entries submitted on or before the deadline shall be considered valid.
7. Every qualified and validated purchase shall earn one (1) electronics raffle entry          
8. Electronic raffle entries shall be generated only from validated LG.com/ph purchase records and completed registrations submitted through the official promo registration website.          
9. Five (5) winners shall be selected through an electronic raffle draw on November 6, 2026, under the supervision of a DTI representative and in accordance with DTI-approved raffle procedures.          
10. Each winner shall receive one (1) Meet-and-Greet Pass for the LG xboom event scheduled on November 7, 2026.          
11. For purposes of this promotion, the Meet-and-Greet Pass entitles the winner to participate in a scheduled fan interaction session during the event. Access shall be subject to the final event schedule, venue regulations, security protocols, health and safety requirements, and organizer guidelines. The featured celebrity, artist, or guest appearance is subject to availability and event arrangements.          
12. The Meet-and-Greet Pass does not guarantee any specific unless expressly announced by the organizer.

• Autograph session
• Preferred seating arrangement
• Additional event privileges or benefits

13. Winners will be notified through SMS/Call, Email address, Registered Mail
14. Winners must confirm their attendance within the period specified in the notification, which may be within twenty-four (24) hours from receipt of notice due to the proximity of the event date. Failure to confirm eligibility and attendance within the prescribed period shall result in forfeiture of the prize in favor of LG Electronics Philippines, subject to DTI rules.
15. In the event a winner is disqualified, cannot be contacted after reasonable efforts, fails to meet the eligibility requirements, or fails to confirm attendance within the prescribed period, the corresponding alternate winner drawn during the raffle process shall be notified and awarded the prize, subject to verification and DTI-approved procedures.
16.The Meet-and-Greet Pass is

• 16.1. Non-convertible to cash or any other item
• 16.2. Non-refundable
• 16.3. Non-saleable
• 16.4. Non-transferable

17. The prize does not include: Transportation expenses, accommodation expenses, parking fees, meals and beverages, other personal and, incidental expenses.
18. Employees of LG Electronics Philippines, its agencies, participating suppliers, and relatives within the degree specified in the approved mechanics should be excluded.
19. By participating in the promotion, winners agree to the use of their names, photographs, images, and likenesses for publicity and promotional purposes related to this promotion without further compensation, subject to applicable laws and regulations.
20. By participating in the promotion, participants authorize LG Electronics Philippines, Inc. to collect, process, and use their personal information solely for the administration of this promotion, prize notification, and prize fulfillment, in accordance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 and LG Electronics Philippines' Privacy Policy.
