1. The promo period is from November 1 to December 20, 2024.

3. No purchase is required to join, but customers can get additional entries if they buy LG XBOOM products:

• Additional 1 entry for XBOOM GO - XG2TBK, XG5QBK, XG7QBK
• Additional 2 entries for XBOOM COMPONENTS - CK43N, CK43, CK99, CL65, CL65D, CL88, CL98, CL98-FB
• Additional 3 entries for XBOOM ONE-BODY WIRELESS SPEAKERS - XL25, XL5S, XL7S, XL9T, RNC5, RNC7, RNC9

4. To get one raffle entry, the customer is required to:

• Sing a minimum of 1-minute of a song of their choice
• Record a video while singing in the LG XBOOM karaoke booth in our participating branches, video must be at least 1-minute long
• Upload their video on any of their social media pages (Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok) with the hashtag #LGXBOOMSingandWin
• Profile must be set to public so entry can be viewed
• LGE and LGE’s campaign partners are not responsible for intellectual property violations that might have resulted through the submissions and/or uploads of participant’s videos

• Upload a screenshot of their social media post with the required hashtag and the link to their profile/social media post
• Upon submission, wait for the confirmation of your raffle entry
• Only one entry per person/video is allowed
• By submitting and/or uploading photos for this promo, participant hereby grant to LGE and LGE’s campaign partners free of charge, the license to use, publicly perform, stream, modify, display and disseminate such content in any manner and media, including without limitation, the right to publish, adapt, distribute, copy, display or translate in printed or electronic media, even if they are not the winning entries. Participants hereby grant this license of Participants’ content for LG TV marketing purposes in online media, including without limitation, LG Brand Site, LG affiliated social media channels, LGE Philippines Channels, and partners’ sites.

6. Entries will be drawn via electronic random raffle on December 27, 2024 with a DTI representative available. There are a total of ten (10) prizes available to be won:

7. Winners will be notified through their registered mail and contact number to explain the process of claiming the prize by a representative from Hakuhodo-Beginnings Communications, Inc, the official agency handling LG’s promos, and raffle winner verification.

RULES:

• All employees, suppliers, agencies, sponsors, and dealer outlets of LG Electronics Philippines and Hakuhodo-Beginnings Communications, Inc, including their relatives up to the second degree of consanguinity or affinity, are disqualified from joining the promo.
• LG Electronics Philippines reserves the right, at its own discretion or after notification, to immediately remove images that violate laws, morals, and ethics or infringe on the rights of others with prior DTI approval.
• Prizes are transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other services, products, or tours.
• Prizes not claimed within 60 days after receipt of registered notice will be forfeited upon prior approval by the DTI
• A participant can only win once.
• Raffle draw would be witnessed by a DTI representative.
• All corresponding taxes will be shouldered by LG Electronics Philippines
• The decision of LG Electronics Philippines is final upon concurrence of the DTI.
