PROMO TITLE: LG HOME APPLIANCES LEFTOVER MAKEOVER PROMO

SALES PROMOTION PERIOD: November 21 to January 15, 2025

1. This promo is open to all customers residing in the Philippines who will register their promo entries from November 21 to January 15 only.

2. HOW TO JOIN:

• To join the contest, the participants must comply with all the applicable requirements during the promotion period.
  • Step 1: Participants must create a new recipe that includes at least two (2) leftover ingredients. In their entry, participants must include a side-by-side photo collage of their entry.
    1. Before photo should include the leftover meal that they’re basing their new recipe from and its name.
    2. After photo should include the new meal and its name.
  • Step 2: The participant must register their entry in https://lgpromoregistration.ph and must fill-out necessary details and upload the screenshot of their post.

    10. Before-and-after image of their recipe entry
        • Photo should be in JPEG format and the file size must not exceed 1MB
• One photo is equivalent to one contest entry only. Duplicate entries are not allowed.
• Entries made before or after the promo period are not counted.
• LGE and LGE’s campaign partners are not responsible for intellectual property violations that might have resulted through the submissions and/or uploads of participants photos/screenshot
• By submitting and/or uploading photos for this promo, participant hereby grant to LGE and LGE’s campaign partners free of charge, the license to use, publicly perform, stream, modify, display and disseminate such content in any manner and media, including without limitation, the right to publish, adapt, distribute, copy, display or translate in printed or electronic media, even if they are not the winning entries. Participants hereby grant this license of Participants’ content for LG TV marketing purposes in online media, including without limitation, LG Brand Site, LG affiliated social media channels, LGE Philippines Channels, and partners’ sites.

3. JUDGING OF ENTRIES:

• LG Philippines will hold a judging of entries based on the following criteria:

• The judging of entries will take place online via Microsoft Teams on January 20, 2025 2:00PM, with a DTI representative invited to serve as a witness.
• There will be three (3) judges to witness and score the entries.

4. PRIZES:

• If the customer wins more than once, the winner shall only get the prize worth of higher value.
• Winners will be notified through registered mail, e-mail and phone call to explain the process of claiming the prize by a representative from Hakuhodo-Beginnings Communications, Inc, the official agency handling LG’s promos, and contest winner verification.
• Winners from Metro Manila could pick up their prizes at LG Electronics Philippines Office, 15 Francisco Legaspi St., Brgy. Maybunga, Pasig City. Winners should present the LG representative e-mail confirmation from LG Electronics Philippines and 2 valid IDs for verification.
• As for the winners outside of Metro Manila, the prize would be delivered by LG representative after the contest upon validation of winners. Winners are requested to scan the copy of their 2 valid IDs and send the email to representative of Hakuhodo-Beginnings Communications, Inc., the official agency handling LG’s promos, and contest winner verification.
• Transportation and other expenses related to claiming of prizes should be shouldered by LG Electronics Philippines.
• Redemption or claiming period is valid only until 60 days within receipt of notification.
• Announcement of winners will be posted at LG Philippines Facebook page https://www.facebook.com/LGPhilippines

RULES:

1. All employees, suppliers, agencies, sponsors, and dealer outlets of LG Electronics Philippines and Hakuhodo-Beginnings Communications, Inc, including their relatives up to the second degree of consanguinity or affinity, are disqualified from joining the promo.
2. LG Electronics Philippines reserves the right, at its own discretion or after notification, to immediately remove images that violate laws, morals, and ethics or infringe on the rights of others with prior DTI approval.
3. Prizes are not transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other services, products, or tours.
4. Prizes not claimed within 60 days after receipt of registered notice will be forfeited upon prior approval by the DTI
5. A participant can only win once.
6. Contest judging would be witnessed by a DTI representative.
7. All corresponding taxes will be shouldered by LG Electronics Philippines
8. The decision of LG Electronics Philippines is final upon concurrence of the DTI.
