1. The promo “In-store Raffle Promo: Experience Korea with LG WashTower™” runs from June 15, 2026 to August 31, 2026

2. The Promo is open to all residents of the Philippines aged 18 and above with valid passport and Korean Visa

3. Who are not allowed to join: 

• All employees of LG Electronics Philippines, Inc., including its advertising partners, merchants, dealer partner employees, dealer partner promoters, and their relatives up to the second degree of consanguinity or affinity are disqualified from joining this promo.

4. How to Join:

• Step 1: Participants must purchase any of the participating LG WashTower™ models from any participating stores within the promo period.

                 Each participating LG WashTower™ model purchased corresponds to a specific number of raffle entries

• Step 2: Register at www.lgpromoregistration.ph and submit the following details:
  • Full name
  • Email address

  • Proof of Purchase
• The deadline for submission of entries is on August 31, 2026 11:59PM. Only entries submitted on or before the specific time given above will be considered valid submissions.

5. Only participants who complete all required steps within the promo period will be eligible for the promo

6. Each verified WashTower purchase corresponds to a valid participation in the Raffle event. Multiple participation is allowed per verified purchase.

7. Judging of entries will be conducted through online marketing platform, Microsoft Teams on September 4, 9:00AM.

8. Prizes will be awarded to the winning entries as follows:

* All prizes are not convertible to cash but transferable

* 6-month validity period for the Korea trip upon receipt of the winner

* The flight destination is fixed & cannot be changed

9. Each participant is entitled to win only one (1) prize. If a participant’s name is drawn more than once, the participant shall receive only the prize of higher value.

10. Winners of the appliances will be notified through their registered mail, e-mail, Call, and SMS to explain the process of claiming the prize by DDB Philippines, Inc. Prizes should be claimed, in the form of the winner providing complete and correct address information, within sixty (60) days from the receipt of registered notice or it will be forfeited in favor of LG Electronics Philippines, Inc. with prior approval of DTI. 

11. Winners of the round trip flight will be notified through their registered mail, e-mail, Call, and SMS to explain the process of claiming the prize by LG Electronics Philippines, Inc. 

12. The appliances prizes will be delivered by LG Electronics Philippines, Inc. to the winner’s declared address within the Philippines, free of charge to the winner. Winners must present two (2) valid government ID when receiving the delivered prizes.

13. Prizes will be delivered to the winner's submitted address following the succeeding timeframes, after receipt of complete and correct address information from winner:
 - GMA/NCR: 1-3 Days
 - Luzon: 1-5 Days
 - Visayas & Mindanao - 7 to 15 Days

14. LG reserves the right to disqualify entries that are deemed offensive, inappropriate, or copied.

15. By participating, participants grant LG the perpetual, royalty-free right to use, reproduce, and display submitted content for marketing, promotional, and advertising purposes across any media.

16. LG Philippines will shoulder 20% tax on prizes exceeding Php 10,000, registration and logistics expenses.
