1. Aging of the LG aircon unit should be within 5 years from the date of purchase.

2. LG Best Care Plan starts on the actual cleaning date

• Free Product Check Up. This is to assess the current state of the unit. Should it require repair, unit needs to be fixed first prior to cleaning at an affordable fee with our LG Best Care Repair Rate.
• Product Cleaning. Once the repair is completed or if no repair is needed, cleaning will proceed. The Extended Warranty period will start after the cleaning is completed.
• Enrollment to LG Best Care Program. Product will be registered by our LG Best Care Team based on the information provided to us. Official Receipt and Extended Warranty Certification will be sent via email within 2 to 3 working days after the cleaning is completed.

1. Warranty covers part/s and labor for normal breakdown.




2. Warranty does not cover the following conditions:

• The warranty will not apply if damaged, malfunction or failure resulting from alterations, accident, fire, maladjustment of controls, use on an incorrect voltage, power surges, voltage supply problems, acts of God, exposure to abnormally corrosive conditions or entry by any insects, vermin or foreign object in the Product.
• Tampering or removal of serial number or the model or production number on the product has been altered, deleted, removed or made illegible;
• Subjected to misuse, neglect, or abuse;
• Exposed to excess humidity or excess thermal conditions or to extreme environments or to rapid changes of these conditions. Please note natural conditions within countries covered by this agreement do not apply to this clause.
• Modified with third party's components or materials not provided by LG or unauthorized service organization; Unit has been installed or serviced by anyone other than the duly authorized service center/installer.
• Repairs or product modifications and alterations have been executed by unauthorized service organizations or persons;
• Product requires modification or adaptation to enable it to comply with local or national technical standards, which apply in countries for which the product was not originally designed, manufactured, approved and/or authorized. Therefore always check whether a product can be used in a specific country.
• Damaged accessories like remote control. (LG reserves the right to inspect all damaged accessories and approve or reject warranty based on result of such).



3. Unit’s pre-existing condition is subject for repair under special rates with our LG Best Care Repair Service; repair cost will be shouldered by the customer.




4. Prepaid Payment can be refunded should customer opt to not proceed with the cleaning. The Refund Process will take 2 to 3 weeks to complete after the submission of the following:

• Vendor Record Form
• Government-issued ID
• Bank certificate



5. Customer can only extend the unit’s LG Best Care program enrollment up to a maximum of 5 years from date of purchase.
